Here is how it works
- After the deviation is logged, the person in charge automatically receives an email- and/or an SMS-notification
- This message includes the link to the deviation report, the date that deviation is logged among other things
- Commenting, answering and redirecting the deviation are standard functions
- Users can ask the deviation source as well as other experts questions to solve the deviation
- Send an answer to the person who initially reported the deviation
- Deviation always has status (new, in progress, ready)
- The system automatically reminds of deviations that are not handled in a predefined time
- The user is able to define infinite amount of message templates which makes messaging faster and more consistent
